Co-branded e-invitations to invite your clients
Although the market is all too aware of this event, it is important your key clients are aware of your presence and come and see you at the show. To spread the word, we will build you a co-branded e-invitation with your logo, message and some event details. This can be sent to your client lists by us on your behalf (free of charge) or we’ll pass you the HTML files to send the email yourself.
Because we want to encourage exhibitors to be pro-active in this essential activity, we offer 2 additional FREE delegate passes for colleagues or non-operator clients.
We are happy to send a supply of printed brochures and a pdf version for to send to clients and colleagues.
As part of your package we offer 3 x VIP tickets for your most important clients. This ticket offers free access to the conference and exhibition as a VIP. In order to qualify for VIP status, your contacts should be of a suitable calibre, i.e. C-Level, MD, Board Member and from an operator company. We will create an email invitation and can email it on your behalf or send it on to email yourself.

We will link your name in the exhibitor list to your website, all we ask in exchange is that you link back to our site from yours. We can provide show text, logos and banners.
Tell everyone you will be there at the bottom of every email communication with a link to the show-site and with no effort at all you are spreading the word that your company is pro-active and associated with NigeriaCom.
Enhance the visual impact of your message
You can use the Middle East Com logo and photos to add impact to your advertising, press releases and promotional literature, underlining your status as an official exhibitor.
Simply supply us with a list of the delegates you would like to meet at the show and we will formally introduce you to them at your stand.
