I have been in the Telecoms industry since 1997, having joined the newly formed Orange group as a Senior Product Manager responsible for building Consumer Tariffs. After three years I moved to a fixed line operator where I was helped launch an MVNO and introduce the concept of ‘bundling’ multiple services (such as fixed line, Internet and Mobile). After five years I moved to Wanadoo, a Broadband provider which was owned by France Telecom. I led the integration of Wanadoo into Orange and then rolled out Mobile Broadband Services – combining both fixed and mobile services to give customers a friendly user experience in the home and outside. I am now directing marketing activities for five mobile operators in West Africa.
