Khalid Al-Omar

Mr Khalid Al-Omar was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Zain Kuwait effective June 10, 2010, a critical role at the helm of Zain Group’ mother company and in March 2011 he was further appointed as Zain Group Chief Technology Officer. He comes to both roles well- versed with many accomplishments to his outstanding record, having been with the company for 25 years. He has been part of the executive management team for many years contributing to the success that the company has witnessed over recent years.

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Colorado Technical College Colorado USA, in 2006 Al-Omar successfully completed an Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School, Boston USA and is also an alumnus of Harvard University.
