Manoj Shrivastava

Manoj has over 21 years of experience in leading, developing & using IT to deliver tangible business results; re-engineering & institutionalizing architectures, and business processes; building talented, high-performance teams in diverse multi-division, multi-business, conglomerates Manoj is currently Director-IT & Head- IN, VAS, CCT and Device Technology. His responsibilities include managing the IN network, developing new features, develop new Value added services innovatively & lead a team of spirited professionals. He has more than 12 years of experience in develooping and managing Telecom BSS/OSS/DSS Systems for world class Telecom organizations in India. Prior to joining MTS India, Manoj was with Reliance ADA Group & Bharti Airtel’s Enterprise Business and Broadband Business. Manoj was the member of the “Bharti Telenet Star Team’ formed in year 2000. During his long stint (8 years) in Bharti Airtel, Manoj has successfully led several IT and business initiatives including business process re-engineering, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Customer Portal, CRM, Telecom billing, OSS and EAI solutions. He was the Head of Application Development, PMO and Head-IT of Haryana and MP Circles for varying periods during 8 years. In Bharti Airtel he was recognized as the Best of Quality Trainer 2001 (being a Certified Quality Trainer) and has won several CEO and President Awards. Manoj is a reputed keynote speaker in several international conferences on IT, Telecom and Management topics. He is a member of the CIO Leadership Council and a recipient of the CIO Ingenious 100 Award 2009 & CIO Agile 100 Award 2010.
