Rayyan Al Hashmi

Rayyan has joined Etisalat in 1994 in Submarine cable maintenance Division and have progressed from Engineer to Manager / Maintenance facilities of Middles East and West Indian Ocean’s regions submarine cables network. In 2007, Rayyan joined Regulatory Affairs department looking after Regulatory Operations to ensure that Etisalat’s operations are in compliance with telecom regulatory framework. This includes managing national resources such as spectrum and numbering, and other regulatory related projects and involved in many industry groups that are concerning telecom sector. With Engineering back ground (BSc in telecommunications), Rayyan is also holder of two Masters Degrees, MIE (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) and MSc in Strategic Leadership.
